About the work
An independent photographer based in the West Midlands, capturing moments that matter, whether that is the electric energy of a festival stage or the quiet emotion of a personal milestone.
Over the years I have been lucky enough to photograph artists including Pixie Lott, Lisa Stansfield, The Human League, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Fun Lovin' Criminals and Jo Whiley. I love the thrill of live performance, and I am just as inspired by the special moments in people's lives: pregnancy shoots, proms and family portraits, model portfolios and tasteful boudoir sessions, which sit within People & Portraits.
My approach is all about storytelling: finding the atmosphere, the emotion and the little moments that make each shoot unique. Whether it is a high-energy festival, an intimate celebration or a one-of-a-kind personal shoot, I aim to create photographs you will want to relive for years to come.
I shoot independently rather than from a commercial studio, which keeps rates approachable and the pressure off. The same camera and the same care, whether it is a main-stage festival or a portrait in your living room.
